Obligor Changes. (a) Change in Name, Structure, Etc. No Obligor shall change its name, identity or corporate structure unless it shall have given the Trustee at least 30 days' prior written notice thereof, shall have effected any necessary or appropriate assignments or amendments thereto and filings of financing statements or amendments thereto.
