Obligatory relocation Sample Clauses
Obligatory relocation. The employer may oblige the employee to relocate if, in the employer's opinion, such is a necessary consequence of the nature of the job and if the employee's employment percentage at the university is half a standard employment or more. In that event, the employee may claim an allowance for the costs in accordance with the provision set out in Article I-3, with the exception of the provisions set out in item 5. The allowance is for costs actually incurred; as such, the employee must submit receipts.
