Obligatory Force Clause Samples
The Obligatory Force clause establishes that the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement are legally binding and must be adhered to by all parties involved. In practice, this means that each party is required to fulfill their contractual obligations as specified, and failure to do so may result in legal consequences or remedies. This clause ensures that the contract is enforceable, providing certainty and accountability for all parties by making clear that the agreement is not merely a statement of intent but a binding commitment.

Obligatory Force. Contracts are perfected by mere consent, and from that moment the parties are bound not only to the fulfillment of what has been expressly stipulated but also to all the consequences which, according to their nature, may be in keeping with good faith, usage and law. Once the contract is perfected, the parties must faithfully observe the terms and conditions established. Otherwise, a cause of action for breach of contract will arise.
