Common use of Obligations of the Manager Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Manager. (a) Subject always to the oversight and supervision of the Board of Directors and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Manager shall during the term of this Agreement perform the Services as set forth in Section 3.1(b) below and comply with the operational objectives and business plans of the Company in existence from time to time. The Company shall promptly provide the Manager with all stated operational objectives and business plans of the Company approved by the Board of Directors and any other available information reasonably requested by the Manager.
