Common use of Obligations of the Guarantors Unconditional Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Guarantors Unconditional. Nothing contained in this Article Twelve or elsewhere in this Note Indenture or in any Security is intended to or shall impair, as between the Guarantors and the Holders and the Trustee, the obligation of each Guarantor, which is absolute and unconditional, to pay to the Holders and the Trustee the principal of and interest (including Additional Amounts) on the Securities (and to the Trustee amounts due under Section 607) as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with the provisions of this Guarantee, nor shall anything herein or therein prevent the Trustee or any Holder from exercising all remedies otherwise permitted by applicable law upon Default under this Note Indenture. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is agreed that the occurrence of any one or more of the following shall not affect the liability of any Guarantor hereunder:
