OBLIGATIONS OF DISTRICT. DISTRICT agrees to comply with reasonable requests by INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR related to the work specified in Section 1 and to provide access to all documents reasonably necessary for the performance of INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’s duties under this Agreement.
