Obligations Binding Upon Transferees. All transferees of Restricted Securities or any interest therein will receive and hold such Restricted Securities or interests subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including, insofar as applicable, the Company's Right of First Refusal and Involuntary Transfer Option under this Section 1.3.
