Obligation to Sell Several. In the event that any Employee Shareholder has transferred any shares of Company Stock to any Permitted Transferees, the failure of any one member of such group to perform its obligations hereunder shall not excuse or affect the obligations of any other member thereof, and the closing of the purchases from such other members by the Company (or its designee) shall not excuse, or constitute a waiver of the Company's rights against, the defaulting member(s).
