Common use of Obligation to Obtain Insurance Clause in Contracts

Obligation to Obtain Insurance. RCP shall carry or cause Bliss Sports, Bliss Sports II or other third parties to carry, at no cost to the City, only with respect to any portion of the Property on which Infrastructure Improvements are to be constructed under this Agreement and during the period from the date of this Agreement until the Infrastructure Improvements Completion Date (except that this Article XIII will not apply to the Recreation Center Site and any portion of the Infrastructure Improvements thereon following the transfer of title to the Recreation Center Site to the City):
