Obligation to Keep Company Informed. During the period of Executive's employment, Executive will promptly disclose to Company fully and in writing, and will hold in trust for the sole right and benefit of Company, any and all Inventions. In addition, after termination of Executive's employment, Executive will disclose any filing of any patent applications by him or on his behalf within a year after termination of such employment.
