Common use of Obligation of Assignee Clause in Contracts

Obligation of Assignee. If consent is granted under clause 17.1(a) or in the case of an assignment permitted under clause 17.2 (other than clause 17.2(a)), the assignee to such assignment must, as a condition to such assignment, deliver to the non-assigning Party its written undertaking to be bound by and perform all obligations of the assignor under this Agreement.
