OBJECTS AND COMMITMENTS. 2.1 The objects of this Enterprise Agreement are: 2.1.1 To effect salary increases in accordance with this Enterprise Agreement for Assistants to Members of Parliament; 2.1.2 For this Enterprise Agreement to supersede previous Enterprise Agreements. 2.2 In making and applying this Enterprise Agreement, the parties are committed to: 2.2.1 The continued evolution of the SA public sector as a dynamic and customer responsive entity; 2.2.2 The recognition that a number of initiatives have been, and will continue to be introduced to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided by Assistants; 2.2.3 Consultation in the development and implementation of reform and change programs; 2.2.4 Obtaining the approval by the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia to this Enterprise Agreement.
