Common use of OBJECTIVES/MEASURES Clause in Contracts

OBJECTIVES/MEASURES. All hourly employees will normally be assigned to teams based on their functional area of responsibility. Teams may consist of a few employees or many. Each team will be given a set of objectives linked to, but not limited to, one or more performance areas to be determined by the company. Teams that achieve minimum level results will receive an incentive payout. If the minimum level is exceeded, the payout will be larger. An example would be as follows. Results Percent Target Award Below Minimum 0% Minimum to Target 80-99% of weighted amount Target 100% of weighted amount Over Target to Maximum 101-120% of weighted amount
