Objective Training Sample Clauses

The Objective Training clause establishes the requirement for training programs to be designed and delivered with clear, measurable learning objectives. Objective Training. Novartis will provide training and written guidance to all managers on defining the factors that will be considered as relevant Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and the weight given to each KPI, and how leaves of absence will be handled when evaluating sales results. In addition, Novartis will instruct managers that consideration and application of mitigating factors will take place at the calibration sessions.
