Common use of Objection Procedure Clause in Contracts

Objection Procedure. A Class Member may object to the approval of the Settlement Agreement by sending a written objection by pre-paid mail, courier, fax, or email to the Claims Administrator. The Claims Administrator is required to forward all objections to the Defendants and Class Counsel within 48 hours after receiving an objection.
