Common use of Nurses to be evaluated Clause in Contracts

Nurses to be evaluated. During both of the first two (2) years of employment, the District will evaluate every first and second year nurse (i.e., probationary nurses). Non-probationary nurses must be evaluated at least once every three years. The evaluator or a nurse may initiate a formal evaluation of the nurse anytime with notice.
