Numerical Voting Clause Samples

Numerical Voting. All matters shall be decided by a Numerical Vote. The Board Chair and Vice Chair are voting members on all items. A Numerical Vote shall pass by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Board present and voting, except those matters requiring Super-Majority approval. In case of a tie in votes on any motion, the motion then fails.
