NUMBER OF UTILISATIONS AND MAXIMUM AMOUNTS. The Borrower may only deliver one Utilisation Request in any one month period and may not deliver a Utilisation Request if: 3.3.1 at the date of the Request the Total Facility Outstandings exceed the Maximum Permitted Outstanding Amount; or 3.3.2 the Total Facility Outstandings will exceed the Maximum Permitted Outstanding Amount as a result of the advance of the Loan on the proposed Utilisation Date.
