Number of Shares Issuable on Exercise of Warrants. Upon each adjustment of the Exercise Price pursuant to this Section, the Holder shall thereafter (until another such adjustment) be entitled to purchase, at the adjusted Exercise Price, the number of Shares, calculated to the nearest full Share, equal to the quotient of (i) the product of (A) the number of Shares issuable under this Warrant (as then adjusted pursuant hereto prior to the current adjustment), multiplied by (B) the Exercise Price in effect prior to such adjustment, divided by (ii) the adjusted Exercise Price.
