Number Date. The Client has requested Additional Services of the Architect as described below or attached, and according to the applicable provisions of the professional services agreement between the Client and the Architect for the above-referenced Project, called the Agreement. These Additional Services may require the services of Consultants which, if necessary, are identified below by name and/or discipline. We are requesting additional compensation to completely redesign the wedge barrier power feeds and power drawings. Prior to redesigning the wedge barrier electrical infrastructure H2MG shall be provided with the following information:
