Nuisance etc. The Lessee shall not to use the Premises or permit the Premises to be used in any noisy noxious or offensive manner or do or permit on the Premises anything which in the opinion of the Lessor may be or become a nuisance disturbance hazardous or offensive or cause damage to the Lessor or any other persons.
