Common use of Nuclear Incident Clause in Contracts

Nuclear Incident. WE DO NOT INSURE claims arising out of any event which is insured under a nuclear energy liability policy issued by the Nuclear Insurance Association of Canada or any other group or pool of insurers, regardless of exhaustion of such policy limits or its termination. This exclusion applies whether or not there is another cause or occurrence (whether covered or not) that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the occasioning of the loss or damage.
