Nuclear Fuel. Any source, special nuclear, nuclear or byproduct material, by-product material as such terms are defined in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended as of the date of this Agreement, including any ores, mined or unmined, or concentrates from time to timewhich any such material can be obtained, which is possessed or procured in connection with a Unitand any Fuel Assemblies.
