NTC. shall only store the Transferred Technology at the NTC Qualified Fab and, except as expressly permitted under Section 5.3 of this Agreement, NTC shall not transfer, send, or otherwise transmit the Transferred Technology (or any portion thereof) to any facility other than the NTC Qualified Fab.
