NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows. 1. References herein to the Notes include any Global Note representing the Notes and other expressions defined in the Notes and the Agency Agreement [and, in the case of Registered Notes issued by TCCI, the TCCI Note Agency Agreement] [and, in the case of Registered Notes issued by TMCC, the TMCC Note Agency Agreement] have the same meaning in this Deed unless the context requires otherwise.
