NOVs Clause Samples
The NOVs (Notices of Violation) clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities related to the issuance, receipt, and management of official notices of regulatory or contractual violations. Typically, this clause outlines how parties must notify each other if a violation occurs, the timeframe for responding or remedying the issue, and any documentation requirements. By clearly defining these steps, the clause ensures that violations are addressed promptly and transparently, helping to mitigate risks and maintain compliance throughout the contractual relationship.
