Notwithstanding 2. 3, DNE agrees to sell and deliver to BUYER on a non- exclusive basis and BUYER agrees to purchase and receive from DNE on a non-exclusive basis DN Products resulting from R&D at the lowest prices offered to its most favored customers, which in any event will be the DNE current market prices minus at least ten percent (10%)
