Notify Us. 1. You must give immediate notice to us and/or our Authorized Representative and/or your Broker or Producer of any occurrence that may result in a claim under this policy. 2. Notice must include all facts relevant to the loss, when, where, how, and the names and addresses of the persons and witnesses involved. 3. Any legal papers or notices received by you must be immediately forwarded to us.
