Common use of Notify us within Clause in Contracts

Notify us within. sixty (60) days after an accident involving a hit-and-run vehicle whose operator or owner cannot be identified that the insured has a cause of action arising out of such accident for damages against a person or persons whose identity is unknown and setting forth the facts in support of such claim. The insured, upon written request by us, shall make available for inspection the covered auto the insured was occupying at the time of the accident.
