Digital Media Trust At the expiration of all Distribution Agreements, or earlier if agreed by the applicable rightsholders, you will make the Main Content (or reasonable excerpts) available to the Digital Media Trust on terms and conditions to be agreed between you and the Digital Media Trust (both acting reasonably).
