Notify MDHHS Sample Clauses

The "Notify MDHHS" clause requires a party to promptly inform the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) about specific events, actions, or circumstances as outlined in the agreement. This typically applies to situations such as breaches of contract, changes in key personnel, or incidents that may affect compliance with state regulations. By mandating timely notification, the clause ensures that MDHHS remains aware of relevant developments, enabling appropriate oversight and response, and thereby helps maintain regulatory compliance and transparency.
