Notifications to Employees. The CONTRACTOR shall place COUNTY-provided living wage posters at each of the CONTRACTOR’S places of business and locations where the CONTRACTOR’S Employees are working. The CONTRACTOR shall also distribute COUNTY-provided notices to each of its Employees at least once per year. The CONTRACTOR shall translate posters and handouts into Spanish and any other language spoken by a significant number of Employees.
