Notification to Enrollees of Cost-Sharing. The MCO shall explain the cost-sharing policy in the MCO’s Evidence of Coverage and other materials for Enrollees. The MCO shall not offer waiver of cost-sharing as an inducement to enroll for MSHO unless CMS has approved waiver of payment of cost-sharing by the MCO as an additional benefit in the MCO’s Medicare bid process, and such waiver cannot be described in any of the MCO’s Marketing Material.
