Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination of the Servicer pursuant to Section 7.01 above or any appointment of a successor to the Servicer pursuant to Section 7.02 above, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and the Swap Provider.

Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination of the Servicer pursuant to Section 7.01 above or any appointment of a successor to the any Master Servicer pursuant to this Article VII or Section 7.02 above3.30, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and to the Swap ProviderRating Agencies.
