Notification of Unauthorized Use or Disclosure. Adopter shall notify AACS LA in writing promptly upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information and/or Highly Confidential Information, and will cooperate with AACS LA and the Licensors in every reasonable way to regain possession of such information and to prevent its further unauthorized use or disclosure.
