Notification of Requirement to Deduct. Tax If, at any time, any Obligor is required by law to make any deduction or withholding from any sum payable by it under any Finance Document (or if thereafter there is any change in the rates at which or the manner in which such deductions or withholdings are calculated), such Obligor shall as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of the same, notify the Bank.
