Common use of Notification of Requirement to Deduct Clause in Contracts

Notification of Requirement to Deduct. TAX If, at any time, any Obligor is required by law to make any deduction or withholding from any sum payable by it hereunder (or if thereafter there is any change in the rates at which or the manner in which such deductions or withholdings are calculated), such Obligor shall promptly notify the Facility Agent upon becoming aware of the same.
