Notification of Potential Impacts. The County and the City agree to give the School Board notification of any land useplan amendment, rezoning or DRI application pending before them or their respective LPA that may affect student enrollment, enrollment projections, or school facilities. Such notice will be sent to the School Board staff at the same time the application is distributed to the applicable local government staff for comment, which in any case shall be at least 20 thirty (30) days prior to the presentation of the application to the applicable LPA for a recommendation to the applicable local government governing body for decision. This notice requirement applies to applications for amendments to the applicable local government comprehensive plan, the applicable local government comprehensive plan’s future land use map, rezonings, and developments of regional impact, or other major residential or mixed-use development projects. The School Board staff designee shallmay provide written comments back to the County or the City staff, whichever is applicable, to be attached to the applicable staff report. The review by the School Board staff regarding comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings and DRIs containing residential units shall be classified as a Planning Level Review.
