Common use of Notification of Lenders Clause in Contracts

Notification of Lenders. Upon receipt of a (i) Request for Advance or a telephone or telecopy request for Advance, or (ii) notification from an Issuing Bank that a draw has been made under any Letter of Credit, or (iii) notice from a Borrower with respect to any outstanding Advance prior to the Payment Date for such Advance, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender by telephone or telecopy of the contents thereof and the amount of each Lender's portion of any such Advance. Each Lender shall, not later than 12:00 noon (Eastern time) on the date specified for such Advance in such notice, make available to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent's office, or at such account as the Administrative Agent shall designate, the amount of such Lender's portion of the Advance in immediately available funds.

Each Lender shall, not later than 12:00 noon 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on the date specified for such the borrowing of an Advance in such notice, make available to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent's office’s Office, or at such account as the Administrative Agent shall designate, the amount of such Lender's ’s portion of the Advance in immediately available funds.
