Common use of Notification of Hours and Issuance of Letters of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Hours and Issuance of Letters of Assignment. The employer shall notify all employees of the assignment of hours to be worked and shall issue a letter of assignment to all employees not later than June 15 each year. The letter of assignment issued shall be for the year that shall begin on July 1 of that year and continue until June 30 of the following year.
