Common use of Notification of Event of Default Clause in Contracts

Notification of Event of Default. The Administrative Agent hereby undertakes to promptly notify the Lenders, and the Lenders hereby promptly undertake to notify the Administrative Agent and the other Lenders, of the existence of any Event of Default, which shall have occurred and be continuing, of which the Administrative Agent or Lender has actual knowledge.
