NOTIFICATION OF DISCOVERY OF OTHER MINERALS. (a) The Company shall report forthwith to the Minister, the Chief Executive of the Minerals Commission, the Head, Inspectorate Division of the Minerals Commission and the Director of Ghana Geological Survey, the discovery in the Lease Area of any other mineral deposits apart from gold and silver and the Company shall be given the first option to prospect further and to work the said minerals, subject to satisfactory arrangements between the Government and the Company.

NOTIFICATION OF DISCOVERY OF OTHER MINERALS. (a) The Company shall report forthwith to the Minister, the Chief Executive of the Minerals Commission, the Head, Inspectorate Division Chief Inspector of the Minerals Commission Mines and the Director of Ghana Geological Survey, the discovery in the Lease Area of any other mineral deposits apart from gold and silver and the Company shall be given the first option to prospect further and to work the said minerals, subject to satisfactory arrangements between the Government and the Company.

NOTIFICATION OF DISCOVERY OF OTHER MINERALS. (a) The Company shall report forthwith any discovery of other minerals in the Licensed Area immediately to the Minister, the Chief Executive Officer of the Minerals Commission, the Head, Inspectorate Division of the Minerals Commission and the Director of Ghana Geological Survey, the discovery in the Lease Area of any other mineral deposits apart from gold and silver and the Company shall be given the first option to prospect further and to work explore for or mine the said minerals, minerals subject to Act 703 and satisfactory arrangements between the Government and the Company.

The Company shall report forthwith to notify the Minister, the Chief Executive of the Minerals Commission, the Head, Inspectorate Division of the Minerals Commission and the Director of Ghana Geological Survey, Survey Authority of the discovery of an occurrence of any other mineral in the Lease Area of any other mineral deposits apart from gold and silver and the Company shall be given Mineral the first option to prospect further and to work the said minerals, subject to satisfactory arrangements between the Government and the Companyof this Mining Lease.
