Notification of Assignment, Transfer or Sale. In the event of an assignment of the rights and obligations accruing to Seller under this Agreement, or in the event of any contemplated sale, transfer or assignment of the Facility or the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, the Seller shall, in addition to obtaining the approvals hereof, provide a minimum of 30 days prior written notice advising Company and the Commission of any plans for such an assignment, sale or transfer, or of any accompanying significant changes in the information required by Commission Rule R8-64, R9-65 or R8-66 which are incorporated by reference herein.
