Common use of Notification of amounts due Clause in Contracts

Notification of amounts due. On each day after the Loans (with accrued interest thereon) and all other amounts owing under this Agreement and the other Finance Documents have become due and payable (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration, or otherwise), give the notice contemplated by Section 2.06 of the Series 2003-1 Supplement, such notice to specify an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the funds on deposit in the Series 2003-1 Collection Subaccount on such day and (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Loans (with accrued interest thereon) and all other amounts owing under this Agreement and the other Finance Documents.
