Promptly after notice from the relevant LC Issuer, the Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each request for issuance of a Facility LC hereunder. The Administrative Agent will notify the Borrower and each Lender of the interest rate applicable to each Eurodollar Eurocurrency Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give the Borrower and each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate.

Promptly after receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each Aggregate Commitment reduction notice, Borrowing Notice, Swing Line Borrowing Notice, Conversion/Continuation Notice, and repayment prepayment notice received by it hereunder. Promptly The applicable LC Issuer shall notify the Agent promptly after notice from the LC Issuerissuance of a Facility LC, and the Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each request for issuance of a Facility LC hereundersuch issuance. The Administrative Agent will notify the Borrower and each Lender of the interest rate applicable to each Eurodollar Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give the Borrower and each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate.
