Common use of Notification of Acceptance and Repayment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Acceptance and Repayment. If the Company accepts one or more of the offers made by any Bank or Banks pursuant to clause (c)(ii) above, the Agent shall in turn promptly notify (x) each Bank that has made an offer as described in clause (b) above, of the date and aggregate amount of such Bid Borrowing and whether or not any offer or offers made by such Bank pursuant to clause (b) above have been accepted by the Company and (y) each Bank that is to make a Bid Loan as part of such Bid Borrowing, of the amount of each Bid Loan to be made by such Bank as part of such Bid Borrowing. The Company agrees to repay the principal amount of each Bid Loan, and pay the interest accrued thereon, in each case in accordance with the terms bid and accepted as provided herein and, additionally in the case of the payment of interest, in accordance with Sections 4.1 and 4.2 hereof.
