Common use of Notification by the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Notification by the Administrative Agent. Promptly after receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each Borrowing Request and repayment notice received by it hereunder. Upon the request of the Administrative Agent, not later than 2:00 p.m. (Central time) on the day on which any Loans are to be made, each Lender shall make available its pro rata portion of the Loan or Loans in accordance with such Lender's Commitment in immediately available funds to the Administrative Agent at its address specified on the Administrative Agent's signature page hereto.
