Notification and Return Material Authorization. Subscriber will provide NSI with proper notification that Hardware has a Defect. Proper notification will be deemed to have occurred only after (i) Subscriber has in good faith worked with NSI's customer support team by telephone or email to evaluate, troubleshoot and test any Hardware that appears to have a Defect; (ii) NSI’s customer support team determines that the Hardware appears to have a warranted Defect that cannot be repaired through telephone support or over the air programming, and
