Notification and Disclosure Required by Law. Data User will notify Yale immediately if it becomes aware of any disclosure in breach of the obligations in this Section 5 and will, at the request of Yale, take all such steps as are necessary to prevent further disclosure. If Data User is required by law to disclose any Data during the term of this confidentiality obligation, such disclosure will not be considered a breach of this Agreement so long as Data User:
