This gas may pass into a structure through the ground or through water from a deep well. Testing can establish its presence and equipment is available to remove it from the air or water. Lead Paint: Before 1977, paint containing lead may have been used in structures. The presence of flaking lead paint can present a serious health hazard, especially to young children and pregnant women. Tests are available to determine whether lead is present.

Notification A. The Union must notify the appropriate Labor Relations Officer of an appeal submitted pursuant to Section 1, above, within 30 days of receipt of the decision at the final step of the grievance procedure or within 30 days of the end of the supervisory response time limit. With respect to each Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan serviced under an Outside Servicing Agreement, the Certificate Administrator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure, and upon receipt deliver to the Certifying Person, a Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx back-up certification similar in form and substance to the certifications referenced in the preceding sentence, from the related Outside Servicer, the related Outside Special Servicer, the related Outside Paying Agent and the related Outside Trustee. In the event any Reporting Servicer is terminated or resigns pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or any applicable Sub-Servicing Agreement or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be, such Reporting Servicer shall provide a certification to the Certifying Person pursuant to this Section 10.06 with respect to the period of time it was subject to this Agreement or the applicable sub-servicing or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be.
